At GiphyTag, we aim to process all orders as quickly as possible.

Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Please note that processing times may be longer during holidays, product launches, sales periods, or high-demand seasons.

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information, when available.

2. Shipping Times

Estimated delivery times may vary depending on your country, region, shipping method, customs processing, and courier delays.

Typical estimated delivery times are:

  • Spain: 5–12 business days
  • European Union: 7–15 business days
  • United Kingdom: 7–15 business days
  • United States: 8–15 business days
  • Rest of the world: 10–15 business days

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout before payment.

From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions or discounted shipping rates. These offers may be limited by country, order value, or promotional period.

4. Tracking Information

Once your order has shipped, you may receive a tracking number by email.

Please allow 24–72 hours for tracking information to update after the tracking number has been issued.

In some cases, tracking updates may be delayed due to courier systems, international transit, or customs processing.

5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or additional fees depending on the destination country.

These charges are determined by your local customs authorities and are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated at checkout.

GiphyTag is not responsible for orders delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.

7. Lost or Delayed Orders

We will review the situation and help you contact the shipping carrier when possible. However, GiphyTag is not responsible for delays caused by customs, couriers, weather conditions, public holidays, strikes, or other circumstances outside our control.

8. Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number.
  • Photos of the damaged package.
  • Photos or videos of the damaged product.
  • A short description of the issue.

Once reviewed, we may offer a replacement, repair, or refund depending on the case.

9. Undeliverable or Returned Packages

If an order is returned to us because it could not be delivered, because the customer did not collect it, or because the shipping address was incorrect, we may contact you to arrange a reshipment.

Additional shipping fees may apply.

If the customer refuses delivery or does not collect the package, original shipping costs and return fees may be deducted from any refund, where permitted by law.
